Capitol Illini takes pride in 45 years of service to the Springfield, Chatham, and surrounding communities. Capitol Illini has made itself a part of local history with its original establishments located on North 2nd Street in Springfield and on 6th and Carpenter.

Capitol Illini is a highly acclaimed facility featuring AAHA accreditation. AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) develops the standards of accreditation as a way of assuring excellence in companion animal care. The categories of standards deemed necessary include quality of care, diagnostic and pharmacy, management, medical records, and facility.
