Hiring for full or part time receptionist. Applicants must be motivated, able to multi-task, organized, enthusiastic and friendly. The doctors and staff at Capitol Illini are dedicated to providing top quality customer service; applicants should have a similar focus. Duties include answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments using Intravet software, client education and some marketing/product sales. Part time kennel attendant for our Springfield and Chatham locations. Applicants must be motivated, able to multi-task, able to follow instructions and not afraid to "get their hands dirty." Duties include basic husbandry for hospitalized and boarding animals, laundry, waste clean up, some animal restraint and basic cleaning duties. Hours are typically from 3pm-6pm Monday through Friday, 7am-1pm Saturdays and 8am-10am Sundays. Applicants should apply in person at our Springfield location at 1711 Wabash Avenue. No calls please.
